VoltRide started in 2019 with a single shipment of Ninebot ES2s and a small team of daily riders. Today we're an authorized US Segway dealer focused on the three scooters worth owning, and the goal is still the same: get the right scooter to the right rider, on time, in perfect condition.

We hold a direct distribution agreement with Segway-Ninebot North America. Every unit is factory-new with full manufacturer warranty.

The short version
Anton and Sara founded VoltRide because buying an electric scooter online was, frankly, terrible. Knockoff listings, sketchy warranties, weeks-long shipping, no one to call when a controller died on day three.
We focused on one brand we actually wanted to ride, Segway, and built a direct relationship with their North American distributor, and committed to one rule: never sell a scooter we wouldn't recommend to our own family.
Six years later, that's still the rule. Every product page on this site is something we've actually tested. Every spec is verified against the manufacturer. Every warranty claim is handled in-house, not bounced to a 1-800 line.
